Colt Single Action Army Revolver – Sheriff’s Model
.45 Colt No Ejector Rod 3” Barrel

Colt offered this unique Model from 1882-1898 with barrel lengths ranging from 3” to 4 ¾”. It is made with NO ejector rod or housing and the frame is made WITHOUT the hole in the right forward section of the frame to accommodate the ejector assembly. Perhaps it was the concealed carry gun of its day!

This particular Sheriff’s Model was shipped to the Comminge & Geisler Co. of Houston, Texas October 1, 1887. Seldom seen, it is a scarce Colt SAA variant and a veteran of the Wild West…if it could only talk.
