First Shots is specifically designed for first-time shooters and those seeking a refresher. The course begins with 30 minutes of classroom instruction, covering the basics of firearm safety, operation, and storage. This is followed by a practical "live fire" session, where participants can apply what they've learned under the guidance of experienced instructors. By the end of the class, you'll be confident in your ability to safely handle and operate a firearm. This educational and enjoyable class welcomes minors under the age of 18, provided an adult accompanies them.
Please note that experienced shooters may find this class too basic. If you already have firearm knowledge, we encourage you to consider our Basic Handgun class or to schedule a private lesson.

- To refresh firearm owners who have not shot in a while.
